Map 23: Sizm, it's Mágica
11-27: Rommel, the Bird's clan empire, pulled out a rather quick nuke of Mágica, aka Sizm, as shown in Map 23. I'm not sure why his ships didn't knock mine out, but I ended up with enough ships to take him out.
Map 22: A Thanksgiving gift
11-26: Bird of Prey celebrated Thanksgiving a few hours early with a nice blood blitz sweep featured in Map 22. Breath of Fire (a WebTV player) and a lamer named cesar were the victims. BoF is in Clan Drone listed below. He played a great defensive game, which is becoming the norm against the Bird.

11-24: XB70, also known as SGC or E.M.F., started a page, which includes a chat room.
Calling all clans
11-22: Though there's an official Clan Wars page, with rules and standings, it doesn't mean you can't form a clan for yourself (and just for fun) with friends and fellow gamers. I keep a Clan Wars page that lists anyone with a clan, whether they are in or not in Clan Wars. Anyone with a clan you want listed, let me know.
Map 21: Voyager displays defense
11-21: Though Voyager is renowned for his offense, in this game he displays a difficult defense that took a while to pick apart. Bird of Prey and We prevailed by losing some sleep to finish an IRC Warz game at the Invite Server.
Rewind at Fuschia leads to database reduction
11-20: A rewind at Fuschia led administrator Aliza to wipe the database of anyone with zero wins, zero nukes and hadn't been playing games. This was about two thirds of the players. If the size of the database was causing the problem then she will purge the database on a regular basis.

Just trying to raise money
11-14: In an effort to raise money for a possible move of the SC Room to a server where I can use Java and Perl scripts, I added a banner that pays me 10 cents for each click. I figure to average two hits there a day. They pay a minimum of $50, so I figure it will take me 250 days to earn that. If this doesn't work out, I can get rid of it. I hope it doesn't make the page load slower.
Explain This!?! Map 20 produces questions
11-5: Map 20 showcases a game against Voltone at Cybernex 2.9. Mike Wise's java calculator indicated that Voltone should not defeat fleets that struck his home world, but down in dust they went. Voltone says he was surprised his efforts succeeded. Perhaps some SC guru can explain how this could have occurred.

11-4: Hey, how time flies. Some asked if I was OK today. Yes, I'm fine, just haven't been paying much attention to the game! I took some time today and coded a couple of maps. I still have a bunch more to do. Enjoy Map 18, where Edeocles and others get nuked, and enjoy Map 19, the first game ever played at Fuschia. For other maps see the Map Room.
