BoP wins no thinker against Voyager
10-13: I should take more vacations. Voyager demanded a game. I played (invite server). I won. He then said he was playing two games at once and couldn't think. The fact that I caught him with his pop trick pants down helped a lot. Enjoy map 17 in a continuing series.
BoP returns despite ruined Blazer
10-12: Bird of Prey is back, but with a destroyed Chevy Blazer. BoP put his family vehicle on its top trying to manuever down Pucker Pass near Moab, Utah. The road, normally somewhat easy to use, was ruined by a recent rain. No one thought to post the road as being dangerous. BoP suffered only a sore neck/back getting out (ever been suspended by a seatbelt?). This was a vacation without the family, so they were not injured. Pictures in a couple days.
BoP goes on vacation
 9-29: Bird of Prey, who maintains Stellar Crisis Room, went on vacation today for two weeks. So don't panic if you don't get news for a few days.

Vote sought for how game is played
9-24: Kung Lao, one of those working on the Stellar Crisis code, is seeking votes on whether players should use a downloadable engine to speed up play.
Overbuild calculator introduced
9-23: Stellar Crisis Room is proud to add an interesting overbuild calculator written by Aleksandr Sidorenko (Alexia). The calculator was based on a build calculator created by Magus (L.Trinh). A special thanks to Erick Beck (Aggie Land) for correcting a little glitch in the program.
Rommel evens clan record at 2-2
9-16: Thanks to Katuluu, Rommel was able to even his record in clan wars to 2-2. Katuluu said he was distracted by business as seen in Map No. 15. This was a game decided quickly by the pop trick.
Lonely returns as a v2.8.5b.2 server
9-13: Thanks to Amazon, also known as Buglady and Fuschia administrator, the Lonely server is back ! It's still a long-term only server and is only meant for experienced players. It's been upgraded to v2.8.5b.2.
Did you know about the old timers game?
9-7: Stefan Vesterlund/Ralof said a DNS problem kept players from reaching an old timers game. Anyone interested in playing the game should contact him, pronto!
More clans sought
9-7: Chris/Azo wrote to sc-talk that he wanted more clans to sign up, especially for clan leaders who were willing to sign up new players wanting to get involved in a clan. Currently, they are fighting on the mercenary list at Clan Wars where they aren't being noticed. Anyone interested should get a hold of Chris/AZO.
Bird scolds Vodzca-Toonak!
9-5: The Bird, playing as Winter, surprised Vodzca-Toonak at Regensburg, where V-T's built one of the most impressive records ever in Stellar Crisis. Map14 in the Bird's ongoing map section shows what a little luck will do in taking out an SC God.
The Bird becomes a Dead General
9-2: I have created a new empire, Rommel, and am playing in clan wars with the clan Dead Generals. Check out our page. Vegetti is the leader, as George S. Patton. I understand we are adding a fourth player this week. That still leaves room for one more good, active player who has a sense of humor.
This also means I can return to playing as Bird of Prey, too. I couldn't use the empire much the last couple months, because being in a clan, and under clan war rules, if I met another clan player, the game would be for a clan point. Now BoP can play for fun (and for the nuke, too, of course).
