The initial Stellar Crisis Player Rating Calculator was created by Jeffery Price. It has since been modified by Bird of Prey to include the Desperado score. A small error for ruined in Price's final table also was fixed. You can enter a hypothetical win amount in the bottom table to see where you will be at the rate of winning using numbers entered in the first table. David Hedbor informs me it's not possible to computer individual empires scores in MKII, so I won't be adding it.
